Yiinghua, the Blossom Blade

May 31, 2017
[6:38 PM] NethaEmerald: Valerie found herself sitting atop a hill, weapons in tow, watching the bridge to the North of the village. Seeing all the figures and flying things was sort of mesmerizing in a way. She was imagining what must be going through their minds. Things like “Death to all other nations”, “Ethysia for life” and so on. Amidst her own thoughts, Valerie let out a small chuckle at the random things she was imagining them say. In her own self-amusement, she had missed a pretty obvious sight in the sky: a Red Wyvern with Yellow eyes. By the time she looked at the area it first came into her view, it was gone. Being ignorant to that, Valerie pulled her bandana from her head. “Oh father, I hope to be back home soon…” Valerie softly spoke to the bandana, clutching it tightly. The bandana was the only thing she still had on her that came from her father, and it meant a lot to her. While clutching the bandana with closed eyes, a faint noise way off in the distance caused Valerie to crack an eye open and look to where it came from. She saw it, and went back to closed eyes, before processing what she had just seen and cracked both her eyes open. What she saw in the sky genuinely caught her off-guard: A red wyvern with a figure riding it. Casting the bandana hastily into her clothes, Valerie watched it come closer and slowly drew Cherry Blossom from it’s scabbard and held it firm in the direction of the Wyvern. As the wyvern approached the scene, the figure only grinned. She recognized the bandana being stuffed into this woman’s clothing from anywhere: Valerie. Pushing Zoralth to go faster, the figure slowly sheathed her signature axe and drew out a sword with a slightly pink blade. The blade felt seemingly unnatural in her hands, but she felt she could use it well enough in a battle. Once the distance was closed enough between them, the figure shouted “So i’ve finally found you again.”
[6:42 PM] NethaEmerald: Valerie held her ground firmly as the duo approached her. “What are you doing here?” The Sword Master asked the Wyvern Master. Kristyn simply laughed as her first response. “I know. I ‘promised’ I would go back home and wait for you, but I got sick of waiting. I wanted to take matters into my own hands. Especially since you took the ring that was mine.” Kristyn started to explain before Valerie cut her off with “What? I thought you gave that ring to me.” “Oh really?” Kristyn remarked, almost offended. “Why would I go and willingly give something like that out? Anyways, that’s only part of the reason i’m here. I’ve been thinking… what if just aiding Ethysia in winning would bring easier peace than sticking in Barentia, sitting on my ass waiting for things to happen-” “So you joined the Ethysian army!? Have you no pride in your homeland?” Valerie responded loudly. “I still have pride; maybe more than you. I never deserted to join some other army until now. Though my main goal is not to fully aid Ethysia; it was to find you.” Kristyn responded with a stern expression. The Wyvern Master held the sword she had out towards Valerie. The Sword Master was first puzzled about why she was using a sword… until she saw the touchmark stamp near the hilt. It was the stamp her father put on truly custom weapons. “I-is tha-” Valerie started out with before being rudely cut off.
[6:46 PM] NethaEmerald: “This sword? What? Recognize something on it? You should: it’s your father’s work. He wanted me to just simply deliver it to you and come back to Barentia like an errand girl. So you know what I did? I told him I wasn’t going to simply deliver it. He tried to stop me from taking it by force; oh how cute that was…” Knuckles turning white against her sword, Valerie responded back with with a livid tone of voice; “You better not have shed a single drop of blood on him…” “And what if I did? I couldn’t guarantee his safety…” Kristyn remarked with a grin. “And now I hold this sword he meant for you… oh, what should I do with it? The possibilities are endless.” With arms trembling in rage, Valerie burst out with, coupled with a deathly glare and intense focus; “Stop! That sword is meant for me and me only, so hand it over. Now. That blade was not meant for you!” Zoralth eventually landed on the ground to Kristyn could step off him. “Oh yea? Well, I still feel like things weren’t properly resolved after last time with how you’re acting towards me, so if you want it to bad, you’re going to have to fight for it!” as she held the blade somewhat awkwardly on the ground towards Valerie. With rage in her eyes, Valerie muttered “Bring it.”
[6:49 PM] NethaEmerald: Valerie vs Krystin Valerie attacks! Hit! 7 damage! (48/55) Krystin counters! Hit! 24 damage (36/50) “Grr… I can’t lose… I won’t lose!” Valerie remarked on this horrible start. Valerie attacks again! Hit! 5 damage! (43/55) Valerie attacks! Hit! 7 damage! (36/50) Krystin counters! Miss! Adept Activates! “This power… Let’s see how long you’ll last.” Kristyn remarked. Krystin attacks! Miss! Valerie attacks again! Hit! 5 damage! (31/55) Valerie attacks! Hit! 7 damage! (24/55) Krystin counters! Hit! 24 damage! (2/50) Valerie grunted. “I’m not out yet…” She remarked. Kristyn laughed and remarked “You almost are.” Valerie attacks again! Hit! 5 damage! (19/55) Valerie attacks! Hit! 7 damage (12/55) Krystin counters! Miss! Adept Activates! Krystin attacks! Miss! “Just die like the vermin you are!” Kristyn shouted in anger. Valerie attacks again! Hit!
[6:49 PM] NethaEmerald: “No I will not!” Valerie spoke back, full of wrath. Crit! 28 damage! (0/55) Krystin was defeated!
[6:50 PM] NethaEmerald: With that last hit, Kristyn sent both of her hands clutching her pained side, Cherry Blossom finishing the deep slash. The other blade tumbled in the air, and Valerie caught it with ease. Even with holding it in one hand, it felt so natural to her; almost like it wasn’t really there, but at the same time, was. “Heh… I’m two for one now, Kristyn.” Valerie remarked. Zoralth tried to step between them, but Valerie held the new blade out towards the Wyvern… and it backed off, scared. The Sword Master looked down on her Wyvern Master ‘rival’ and yanked the scabbard for the new sword from her and sheathed it next to Cherry Blossom. Once the swords were in their rightful place, Valerie held a hand out to help Kristyn up. “Why?” Kristyn spat out before coughing a bit. “Why help me? I lost; just finish me.” Valerie shook her head no, hair moving as she did. “Sorry; I don’t work like that; you of all people should know. Now c’mon; get up. I know you’re not done with this world yet.” Kristyn at first seemed to refuse the hand, but eventually, with a slightly wet eye, took Valerie’s hand and yanked against the winner, pulling herself up. Instead of just standing up and dusting herself off or addressing her wounds, Kristyn pulled herself into a hug with Valerie. With a sniffle, Kristyn said “Where did I go wrong?” She said first, struggling to keep any composure anymore, letting a few tears fall. “Where did I go wrong? All I wanted to do was to help Barentia out… but all I did was aid the enemy. How?” Valerie, feeling something swell inside her too, patted Kristyn’s back and said “Maybe you just lost sight of what was for the best because I left. You let your rage, your jealousy, your attitude to always be right, cloud your judgement. I admit… it was not the wisest thing for me to do, but it was the right thing, and I apologize for it.. I’ve helped Prince Finn’s army out so much… we’re getting close to ending this war. And when we do…”
[6:52 PM] NethaEmerald: Valerie reached around her neck and pulled up on some string. At the end was a ring Kristyn knew very well. It conferred no power to Valerie in this way, but there was no way she was letting someone else every get a hold of it. “I’ll be back. This ring is a promise.” Valerie said, finishing off her little speech with a sweet smile. Kristyn, losing most control of her emotions, only squeezed Valerie tighter. “You… you kept it… I was certain you forgot or discarded it. After all, who would keep a promise with someone like me?” Kristyn laughed a little at that. “Well, nonetheless… i’m happy you did. It means more than you think.” Kristyn eventually let go of Valerie and wiped her eyes, clearly in pain from the wounds.
[6:56 PM] NethaEmerald: “I hope you know what this means…” Kristyn remarked, trying to hide her red face. Valerie nodded in response and remarked with a slightly red face of her own, voice a little trembly: “...I do” Finally taking a deep look at Kristyn’s wound, Valerie snapped back to some sense and said “But we need to get you looked at. Prince Finn’s group should have some resources with where we currently are to help you out.” “But-” Kristyn started before being cut off. “I’ll handle everything. I’m sure they won’t complain if I said I found you like this, fighting off Ethysian soldiers. Besides, last time they saw you, you helped us liberate Barentia.” With a small smile, Kristyn nodded. “Well, let’s see if it will work… Zoralth.” Zoralth finally came over to the scene and let both women get atop him. Actually taking control, Valerie guided them back to the camp.

Et Lux Astra, the Twin-Souled Blade

May 30, 2017
[1:18 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: As the sun began to hug the horizon on its descent, Julius stood outside the front door of the De'Trivel manor. He'd only been standing there for a few minutes, but it felt like he'd been there for ages now. For some reason, he felt so much more nervous to face Alexandra. He couldn't exactly place why. Perhaps it was that there relationship was no longer a secret between them. Or that there little 'catching up' to do, and they would need to finally talk seriously about their situation. Regardless, his hands felt clammy in his gloves and beard itched just when his wiped the sweat from his hands. Damn this all. What do I even say!? How do I even begin... Olphira, I know I don't pray as much as my golden wildflower, but please guide me here...
[1:55 PM] LadyDeme: Delphine looked like she was enjoying herself. She'd spent a little money on some jewelry that the local court would have called fashionable, a bejeweled broach that sat. While she hadn't pressed the issue, even without the Queen's presence, there'd been a tiny difference in their reception. She'd become a visiting dignitary, and not (in her own assessment) a random exile of no use to anyone on some sort of suicide mission. Delphine mostly laughed the gap off, but she was a little more at ease, and had a little discretionary carefreeness. Also, souveniers people in Amarana wanted her to send home. And so, after a bit of shopping, she'd come towards the home of a friend of hers... And noticed said friend's lover, standing nervously before her door. Delphine walked towards him quietly, on her tip-toes, trying to sneak up... "Afternoon. Looks like you're having some trouble there," Delphine said, the grin clear in her voice even without him turning. "You didn't forget how to knock, did you? It's really quite simple."
[2:02 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "Hmm?" He looks over his shoulder, "Ah, Miss Deplhine. A pleasure as always." He turned and bowed, the stood upright again, "Truthfully, I've never used the front door for casual ventures... That, along with other things, has me a bit nervous." "And I assume you're here to visit the lady of the house as well?" Julius offered a warm smile.
[2:09 PM] LadyDeme: "That's right." Delphine tried to place the exact type of nervous, and tilted her head thoughtfully. Now that she thought of it... They probably weren't even secretly-married, were they? "Is this the sort of nerves that come with a ring, or just a 'I guess everyone knows why I'm coming here' sort of nerves? Though I suppose they're not at all dissimilar, here. Regardless, it remains my pleasure to help you along." She leaned past him and knocked on the door with its ornate knocker, following a pattern of a dum-dum-dee-dum-dum -- DUM DUM, through some carefully applied raps.(edited)
[2:19 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "Ha. I suppose it truly is so easy," Julius chuckles, steeling himself, "I am grateful for the assistance. Something about have a mutual friend to greet her with me makes it easier." After a moment of pause, the door cracks open. Holding the door open is a young and stern looking man in formal attire, "Ah, master Julius. Glad to see you safe. You and your friend here," he nods to Delphine. "Good evening, Caldizar. Lady Delphine is a mutual friend of Alexandra's and mine."
[5:29 PM] LadyDeme: "I'll have your back," she said. She noticed, with something of a smirk, that he did not answer her about exactly what sort of nerves this was. It likely was not going to be incredibly dramatic, but... They had a future of their own to work out from here, the same as anyone else did after the war. "Good evening, and a pleasure to meet you," she said to this Caldizar as she stepped in. "Just dropping by to say hi."
[5:37 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "Good evening, Lady Delphine," Caldizar bows fully, "Right this way, Lady De'Trivel is seated in the gardens." He stepped out, holding the door wide for both of them. "Thank you, Delphine," Julius nodded quietly, then more loudly and booming, "And you as well, good old Caldizar! My, how long have you been working in the manor?" Julius walks up the steps, "Has to be at least 8 years now! What would you say?" "I would say your memory has aged well, Milord."
[8:25 PM] LadyDeme: "Just Delphine is fine. Thank you, though," she said, following the two. She took a good look around the manor as they headed up the steps, making idle chatter. "Things have been a little chaotic around here, I'd imagine... And likely for the heights and the depths of all experience, for the sort of season where blossoms might bloom of dying earth. It's probably a relief to have stable people who can work here for so long around."(edited)
[8:36 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "My family has served the De'Trivel house since its rise to prominence. I can see no end in that with my humble eyes," Caldizar explains, "But yes, it has been rather hectic with the sudden arrival of a Lady De'Trivel that is well into her pregnancy." Julius chuckles half heartedly, notably silent.
[9:03 PM] LadyDeme: "I never suggested there'd be an end -- I know that drive, and the value of it..." For whatever I've done to deserve it "But not even Damona's been untouched by this age. No one has," Delphine replied, explaining her comment a bit more thoroughly. The estate was lovely, and well-tended, but it wasn't a bubble. The queen was nowhere to be found, the economy pulling itself back up. "But it's not all for the worst, either way; I can imagine that was quite a shock. We'll be moving onward, and though she hasn't left our company long, I thought it'd still be good to drop by. Get a good tips for the night life, if she'd have them, and another farewell. And a check-in besides. To be honest, I'm a little worried after all the hard riding. She may have been trying to play it safe in Floribar, but..." Delphine shrugged, the expressiveness of the gesture adding a flair to her concern. Were the defenses they found enough? Delphine wasn't quite a physician, even if she was a fairly learned healer. "But, you know. Mostly, just a casual visit, and helping Julius find his backbone."(edited)
[9:12 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "Master Julius fearing something? I believed myself rattled by Lady De'Trivel's pregnancy," Calzidar smirked, then quickly dispelled it. "Aye lad. Such a massive shift can offset anyone," Julius nodded, "But I've never been one to back down once I've begun something!" "Of course, Master Julius."
May 31, 2017
[6:02 AM] LadyDeme: "He's forming a family all of the sudden; I think that'd leave anyone quaking by the door." I couldn't even, exactly... Say how I accepted that pledge, she mused. Her own private quaking, though she wasn't sure if she hadn't communicated it all anyway. But she'd picked that carefully. It wasn't just that he was becoming a father with his lover. It was that suddenly, and with its own complicated circumstances, the barriers between himself and Alexandra had fallen, too. They could be... Whatever it was they wished. And that was frightening to face. The shapes of buildings in your imagined skyline, when compared with the real world... Made those fantasies cast long and intimidating shadows.
[7:39 AM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: Caldizar nodded knowingly, or at the least a very good act of understanding. He stopped at an open door frame that led outside "Just outside, Lady De'Trivel is resting while she has supper." Julius nodded, "Thank you, Caldizar." "Shall we Delphine? She might be grumpy, so I understand backing out now."
[7:55 AM] LadyDeme: "I don't think I'll be backing out." She sauntered through the doorframe, taking in the elegantly-manicured garden on the other side, keeping her eyes peeled for the lady in question.(edited)
[8:57 AM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: The garden courtyard, though relatively small, was astounding. The colors flowed together like a wave. Red roses at the outermost planters and flowerbeds. Then orange petunias, followed by yellow tulips and finally white lily flowers. The flora grew high in raised planters and beds that were organized in a radial around a central tree. Sitting in a chair on a garden path, Alexandra sat with closed eyes and her head hanging back. Her stomach, no longer concealed and given another span of time, looked almost unreasonably larger than before. With some imagination, she could be a giant in a fortress of tulips and petunias. "Hail! Golden dawnflower!" Julius broke the silence with a booming greeting. A smile creeped over her face as she pretends to not hear him. "Dear chrysanthemum, radiant doe!" Julius chuckles, catching on. The smile cracks into laughter, genuine and... peaceful perhaps? "Greetings, Love," Alexandra sat straight, opening her eyes, "And I see you brought a mutual friend. Good evening, Delphine."
[9:12 AM] LadyDeme: Delphine might have been smiling at the carefully ordered wheel of flowers, blossoming outward with each color and flower in place. As much as she appreciated wild blooming and overgrown, abundant displays of blossoms, there was a place for a carefully-maintained landscape in her heart. But it paled before listening to Julius deliver a series of floral petnames, each one blossoming with its own color into the air. "Good evening, Alexandra. It's a pale greeting by comparison, but I hope you two've been doing well."(edited)
[9:36 AM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "You're just fine, Delphine. I'm sure you've come to know how forthright my Julius is," Alexandra held her hand out the the sable haired man. He helped pull her to her feet, smiling as hugged took her into a hug and planted a kiss on her cheek.
[10:08 AM] LadyDeme: "I'd say what makes a greeting like that charming is less its forthrightness and more its compelling creativity, but we're not exactly here to sing Julius' praises," Delphine said with a bit of a playful smile. There was such a thing, after all, as dull honesty, or beautiful false flattery, but listening to the better of both at once just put a smile on her face.(edited)
[10:14 AM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "Well, I wouldn't exactly mind that..." Julius chuckles, standing at Alexandra's side. "I wish I had his creativity," Alexandra shook her head slightly, jabbing his side with an elbow, "And that he had some of my humility..." "I only brag when I'm with you, morning sun," Julius grinned with a laugh. With the sounds of his throat clearing, Caldizar returned with a tray of tea cups and a steaming kettle, "May I interest you all with something to drink?"
[10:39 AM] LadyDeme: Delphine gave, or likely shared, a look with Alexandra of Not sure I believe that, but didn't quite vocalize it. She never really got the chance, before the tea was being offered. "Thank you, I'd be glad for a cup. I've been going on a little tour of the city today."
[3:31 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "Milady," He nods. He sets a cup down on the small table next to Alexandra's chair. The he moves the empty plate that was there to the tray and placed the remaining to cups down. He filled each one with a amber hued tea, the set down a rag and set the teapot on top of it. "It is fresh, so do pay mind," He ferried one of the teacups to Delphine with his free hand. Then to Alexandra, "I shall return with the other item promptly, milady." Alexandra nodded, picking up a cup for herself and sipping cautiously. Honeyed green tea, her favorite, "Yes, Caldizar. Thank you."
[5:55 PM] LadyDeme: "Thank you." Delphine took a sniff of the tea first -- the smell itself was warm, a strong and slightly bitter smell, spliced with sweetness in its steam. Delphine sipped without caution, just a tiny sip. Hot tea was always a little inconveniently hot for her. But if she didn't, she'd just forget to drink it until it was too cold. After that sip, she let it rest, the porcelain cup warming through her hands. "Other item?"
[6:03 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "A gift for Julius, which I had prepared upon word of Phineas's return to Dovania," Alexandra explained, "I explain more in a moment, once Caldizar returns with it." "I wonder what you could have pulled together in such short period. T'was just this morning we arrived back," Julius leaves his tea for now, presumably to cool. "A surprise, Julius," She chuckled, nodding with a soft and fond smile, "To help keep my lover safe."
[7:39 PM] LadyDeme: "I see." Delphine wondered if perhaps she wasn't intruding on a slightly too-private moment, but, well, here she was. Anyway, her curiosity was piqued by all this business. Perhaps a piece or armor? "If she could prepare it so quickly... It was likely something she's had for a while now."(edited)
[8:18 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "Hmm... Yes, true..." Julius stroke his scruff, "Hmm... I don't quite know..." "Perhaps... No... She gave that to Persephone..." "Maybe... But I've no talent for staffwork..." Julius sighs, "I supposes we'll have to wait a moment to see..."
[8:36 PM] LadyDeme: Delphine waited a moment, pacing across the garden. She stopped and smelled a big red rose, the petals layered the width and bredth of her hand. The smell of a rose such as that often compared to other, lesser blossoms -- and here, it was so. It was a rose for its color, for the vast ball of its petals, and little else. "I've been doing some shopping in Davonia this time; I hardly had the chance before, with everything that had been happening, though I saw a lot of the castle. Anything you'd reccomend?"
[9:32 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "If you come by again tomorrow, I can walk with you around the stalls. I have a particular favorite tea shop. If you're looking for fine dresses, in can introduce you to my tailor. There's a splendid little theatre in one of the commons as well. My, we absolutely should go. The performers there have such a real and genuine feel," Alexandra rambles.
June 1, 2017
[7:03 AM] LadyDeme: "We~ell, those are all the things I like," Delphine said, her voice toying with uncertainty for her amusement. In her head, she was already planning on taking a trip with Lorenzo to that theatre -- likely seperately, but who knows? "That sounds marvelous!"(edited)
[7:36 AM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "Ah, I'd hoped you would like the suggestions," Alexandra smiled. "I don't know that we'll remain long enough for the tailor to finish though. His worm is indeed exquisite, but not often timely," Julius comments. Alexandra sighs, nodding in agreement, "Perhaps I can convince him to make some speed as a favor for a friend." Footsteps were heard, and turning to them would reveal Caldizar's return as well as a second butler who carried a fair sized table. Caldizar himself carried a covered object. It, from the shape, appeared to be something on some sort of stand. The table was placed, and then covered object set down. Alexandra gave a nod, and Caldizar pulled away the covering and held it under his arm. Under the cloth was a stunning blade, half of ebony steel that seemed to seep shadows while the other, silvery, half seemed to beam light.
[8:21 AM] LadyDeme: "Well, there's little rush; it can be sent to Amarana, if it can't be done in time." Delphine said; it probably wasn't worth stressing over either way, though she supposed any fittings would need to be done before she left the city. And then, the sword was revealed. The caramelesque light of the sunset played off it strangely, bouncing off half the blade with a silvery light -- or, perhaps, it fought the light the blade radiated. For the other, it seemed to die before it ever reached. The blade radiated something besides light, devoured something besides the play of shadow. It felt touched by forces. "My word... How beautiful. A gift to protect, and a light in the dark times."
[8:51 AM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "It is an heirloom of the De'Trivels, one of three items weld by the house's founder," Alexandra explained. "Mm. Yes, 'Et Lux Umbra'. Of Light and Dark. I knew of it, but hadn't so much as considered that your family's sacred blade was the gift," Julius examined the blade, not yet daring to touch it. "Our family, Julius. We no longer need hide our relationship from the sun."
[9:00 AM] LadyDeme: Delphine tilted her head and smiled softly, her head tilted over to one side. It was a sweet moment, and one that, frankly, it was not really sound to mess around with. It was a triumph, muddied as it might have been, for them foremost of all.(edited)
June 2, 2017
[12:24 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "Haha. You're right about that, golden buttercup," Julius nodded. He took a breath, then took the sword by the handle. The thing seemed to grumble as it was handled, as though it were a beast being woken from a sleep, "It is said, in texts of De'Trivel lineage, that the sword contains two spirits, one in each half. A malicious aggressor one resides in the Ebon half, and a benevolent guardian in the other." Alexandra nods, "You're memory serves you, my dear Julius. The blade itself has saved several De'Trivel from near death. I entrust it to you, so that it may do that same for you if you ever find yourself in such a position." "Thank you, my love. I will see it returned as unharmed as myself," Julius gave a smile, which soon cracked into quiet chuckles.
[12:53 PM] LadyDeme: Delphine was a little dubious about the wisdom in giving to a creature of malice a home in something already capable of malice... But then, perhaps that is what its balancing counterpart is for. She still might have sighed a little, thinking of the blood it was certain to spill. "It'll likely serve you well."
[12:59 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "I believe it shall," Julius nodded, then to Alexandra, "Alexandra, this means a great deal to me. Not only being given the sword itself, but being entrusted with such an intense and important relic. Truly, I've no words to describe." Alexandra smiled, "Words are not needed. Just do as you promise and return to me at the end of this ragged war."
[1:14 PM] LadyDeme: "I'll make sure of that myself," Delphine said with a grin. This was one she had pure resolve for, more distinct than her feelings on this double-edged sword. "By hook or by crook, where a sword might fail, I can keep him running... Call it my first blessing for the life you'll have as a family after the war."
[1:33 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: "Thank you, Delphine. Truly, I count myself luh blessed to call you my friend," Alexandra smiled, clearing her throat, "I apologize, my tongue tied itself into a knot for a moment..." Julius chuckled, "How's we go inside so that we may more comfortably talk? Its get a bit dark and chilly out here."
[2:57 PM] LadyDeme: "I don't think the weather is too chilly, but I'll go as you two find easier. It'll give me a better look at things besides," though she had to admit, she had been enjoying the garden in the evening, when the warm colors of the blooms were awash in the twilight, their colors like low, licking flames. She turned her head from them at the last moment, agreeing to go inside, and into the warmth of a fire in a carefully-tended fireplace.
June 3, 2017
[1:27 PM] Ulamog, the Omnom Cthulhu: The three move inside to a sitting room, settling in a sitting room to chat with one another of lighter things than war and battle, the future and what comes after.
[1:35 PM] LadyDeme: == RP End ==
